Answers
If you said no then you are happy and fulfilled,
congratulations you are one of the lucky few. Keep up the good
work and enjoy every day to the fullest.
Many people are bored and unhappy and stay at their jobs
because of job security, pension plans or need of money. If you
are bored--get out and move. Move out of your comfort zone. Try
something new and exciting. You may wish to do something
part-time (a hobby perhaps) that you can do while working at
your present job. Make your own excitement! It is done everyday.
If you answered yes--you hate your job--you need to
re-think your career, job and life. When you are in a state of
hate, you are in a state of danger. When you add a 'd' to anger
it becomes danger. This negative emotion can cause all types of
healthy problems. It is a deadly toxin in your body. If you hate
an employer or co-worker, you could be a walking heart attack
waiting to happen or another health challenge could be
developing in your body. Is being so angry with another person
worth risking your very life?
If you feel picked on by our boss or employer, ask
yourself, "Did I do anything to cause this treatment? If the
answer is no, then you need to address the problem--speak to him
or her with respect and firmness. Be open to their point of
view. Discover ways you can both work together harmoniously.
Many work situations, if not most, have co-workers that are
jealous of others or display a negative personality. What
many people have done to eliminate these situations is to use
their Spiritual Disinfectant bottle to clear the air of
negativity of any kind.
Clock-watchers become very bored and restless. When you are
in a job that you love, the time just flies by. Why? Because
you are involved in something of interest to you. Create or
apply for a new position that is exciting, rewarding and
fulfilling.
If you said yes that you are afraid you will never get a
raise or get promoted--you are probably right! That is a
negative affirmation. What you focus and concentrate on you give
power to grow. Make yourself deserving of that raise or
promotion, take classes, read, study and learn more about your
career. Stop asking what can my company do for me and ask how
you can become more valuable to your company and watch what
takes place.
If you said yes to comparing yourself with others--Stop
it this minute. You are comparing apples and oranges. No one
else is exactly like you and no one else can do your job exactly
as you do it. Comparing, fretting and complaining are such
useless, empty exercises in futility. Release them today.
If you fear your employer, you are in the wrong job. Run
don't walk--No person should ever be held in a place of fear by
another. Get the want ads and start your job search today. Do
your Master Affirmation for that perfect, lasting, successful
career for you.
Take action and begin actively searching for that new positive
one. State exactly what type of a position you desire, how much
money you will earn, etc. Write it out become committed and be
consistent. Expect it to happen. It must--It is the law of
attraction!
If you feel that you are afraid of (a) failure or (b) rejection
I have news for you!
(a) Failure is success turned inside out. Use you failure as
extraordinary fertilizer for your many, new successes.
(b) (b) Rejection -- it is true no one ever really rejects you.
How could they--they don't even know you. All they have is the
opinion they formed from your appearance and actions. No one can
reject you (the real you) unless you allow him or her to do so.

Time for that Evaluation
You have been on the job for 6 months and now it is evaluation
time
Some Hints
Really listen to the comments concentrating on each word
Letting them penetrate your mind Evaluate what the other person
is saying Appreciate and value the good comments Give genuine
thanks for praise. Welcome constructive criticism Ask for
clarification when needed Speak up for yourself. Each time you
fail to do so, you take one more dose of no-confidence poison.
You lose some of your self-confidence and self-worth. Refuse to
be labeled Do not accept unjust, unfair criticism of your work.
The Raise
How do you feel about asking for a raise? Never berate yourself
for not earning enough money. Never compare yourself to others
or try to compete. Decide what you want your financial situation
to be monthly, or yearly-- net or gross. Then blow breath into
your desire by asking for it. Is There a Lesson you Need to
Learn?
You may not be able to secure another position until you learn
the lesson of how to deal with a difficult person or situation
at your present work.
The workplace is comprised of many varied personalities. It is
possible to have a personality conflict with one of your
co-workers, employers or others. If this happens start your
Affirmation Process immediately.
Ask yourself
Are you expecting too much of your present career, company or
superiors Could you be comparing yourself with fellow employees
or trying to compete with them? Do you feel you are being
treated unfairly? Get to the root of the problem.
Take control of your life--It is your Life so Live it to the
fullest!
